Delivery And Returns

We know how important it is that you receive your personalised gifts as soon as possible, so we aim to provide a simple, speedy, safe and reliable service.


The cost of delivery, within the UK, is included within the price of the gift. The price you see is the total price you pay.

Standard delivery is provided using the Royal Mail 2nd Class service.

There is an additional option to add faster services at additional cost.


We aim to produce and dispatch your personalised gift on the day of receiving your order, or at the latest, the following working day. However, sometimes this may not be possible, especially at busy periods of the year.

We suggest that you allow for 3-5 working days from date of order to receipt.


All products are safely packaged using only 100% recyclable materials.


Royal Mail were chosen as our courier due to their reliability, accurate tracking information and local centres where you can collect your parcel should you be unavailable at the time of delivery.


We will keep you fully informed throughout the process from ordering to dispatch. We will email you with the Royal Mail tracking ID upon dispatch, if you chose that option.

Sending As A Gift

We do not include an invoice with any parcel we send, so you can be rest assured if you are sending it directly to the recipient that all financial details will not be known.


We aim to provide high quality gifts and a very reliable service. However, we know things can go wrong sometimes.

Due to the nature of personalisation, we can only accept returns or refunds if the gift is damaged during transit or we have made a mistake with the engraving. In these cases we will refund you the full value of the item. Please contact our Customer Service Department so they can assist you.
